Steven W. Craddock, CDA, RAA, HMS, CDEI is a resident of Grandy, on the 'Inner Banks' of NC, and was born in nearby Elizabeth City. Mr. Craddock has lived in Eastern NC most all of his life and has previously lived on Hatteras Island, on the Outer Banks. Mr. Craddock is President of AppraiseNC4U, Inc., a Real Estate and Personal Property Appraising firm; Owner of Craddock Electric, a local Electrical Contracting Company; Board Member of the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC); and is a Board Member of the Currituck County Planning Board. He enjoys writing, photography, fishing, motorcycling, and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
