As of 02/27/2018, the NCAB has approved “AppraiseNC4U Appraiser Education” as an official NC Appraisal School and approved Steven W. Craddock, CDA, RAA, HMS, CDEI as a NC Continuing Education Instructor.

Our appraiser Continuing Education (CE) course offerings are as follows:
